The Exchange experience meeting within the framework of the cross-border project SHARE MUSIC won by the Municipality of Hévíz together with the City of Koprivnica was organized on 17-18 August 2021 by Hévíz.

After compiling the invitation and the program, a list of participants was compiled, which was made up of representatives of the municipality from both settlements in the field of music and art, dealing with the promotion of music. The delegation from Koprivnica arrived at the municipal building at 10 am, where after a press conference the participants listened to a professional lecture from 11 am from Endre Varga, who hosted the 2-day professional meeting with his Croatian language skills. Endre has been the artistic director of the Musica Antiqua Ensemble in Hévíz since 1997, the teacher of the Gyula Illyés Primary and Art School in Hévíz since 2002 and the head of the Art Institution Unit.
At 4 pm, they took part in a Croatian-language guided tour of the Festetics Castle in Keszthely with the help of Csilla Varga. After the dinner in Rózsakert, the participants listened to the following program within the framework of the introductory concert of the Illyés Gyula Primary and Art School in Hévíz.
On Wednesday morning, in the framework of a joint round table discussion led by Endre Varga, Deputy Mayor József Kepli greeted the participants with a small gift, who said goodbye at the Rózsakert restaurant after lunch and hopefully returned home with good experiences.
